I left rainy Germany to vacation in France only to be greeted with more rain. The rain didn't stop me from having a great time in Strasbourg though. Eventually the rain let up and I was able to get out and explore. It was a bit cold so I had to dress for the weather and plenty of walking. I know everyone's favorite French destination is Paris, but if you're ever close by take a side trip to Strasbourg. It's definitely worth the trip.
