Mercy Baltimore Women's Classic 5k

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was spent with family. My sisters ran the annual Baltimore women's classic to support women with cancer and undergoing treatment. This event is sponsored by Charm City Run and they do an awesome job time after time.  I didn't run this year as I have once previously, but I was there to support my sisters and friends. This race is dear to our hearts because our lives have been affected by cancer. Several family and extended family members of ours have passed away from various forms of cancer. I'm so proud of my sisters for showing up every year with smiles on their faces and love in their hearts. Although this is a woman's only race it was very heart warming to see all of the support from the men in our lives there along the route and at the finish line cheering everyone on. It was a beautiful day spent with beautiful women and men from all over the state and beyond for a wonderful cause.
